Karenina was first conceived in fall 2020 by Charles Zhong and Olivia Huang. The couple met in Harvard Law School in 2015 and since moved to New York to work as attorneys. Following more than three years of learning and preparation, Karenina released its first bag collection in Spring 2024, which will be available in select retailers.
